Chicken Broccoli Casserole

May 19th, 2010 | By julieashley | Category: Recipes

bag of frozen broccoli florets- you can use pieces if you like them as
they are sometimes cheaper.
rice- cook it before mixing. I use 5 cups uncooked with 11 cups of water
but I’m feeding 2 men, 5 boys, 3 girls and 1 college student.
cream of chicken soup- I don’t add milk or water to it.
shredded cheddar – amount depends on how cheesy you like it
boneless skinless chicken breasts – cook these in the microwave in a glass
dish and cut into cubes. Save the broth, too.
salt and pepper to taste, before or after- it doesn’t matter.

Mix it all together in a great big bowl and pour into a casserole dish. If
you made too much, you can freeze some in a ziploc bag.

Cook until the cheese it melted and the casserole is hot all the way
through. Eat and enjoy.
